Bryant Scott's successful career would not have been possible without Jesus Christ who is the head of his life and his father Bishop Leonard S. Scott, founder of Tyscot Records who allowed Bryant to make his imprint at Tyscot. Bryant is a minister and psalmist who seeks God first before any decision is made. Bryant's educational and employment background has laid the foundation for the many business ventures that await him in the future.

As President of Taseis Distribution, one of the leading independent music and video distribution companies, Bryant has been instrumental in leading a start-up company to grossing over $5,000,000 in sales in just 2 short years. Taseis Distribution is the home of such labels as Tyscot (Rance Allen, Deitrick Haddon), NGMR (Ron Kenoly), New Spirit (Billy Blanks), Crystal Rose (Ricky Dillard), LKS (Allen & Allen, Alvin Darling), Aleho (Sister Cantaloupe), and D-Town (Lorenzo Owens – Oprah's Pop Star Challenge Finalist).

Senior Director of Marketing
Leslie Lewis has served as the Chief Operations Officer of Frontline Entertainment, Inc. an Independent Gospel label and Production Company located in Atlanta, GA since 2002. Her experience in the Music Industry encompasses Marketing, A & R, Artist Development and Management, Booking, Finance and Administration; in addition, she produces a weekly local live Christian variety show at the C-Room Gospel Café in Atlanta. Leslie is a native of New Orleans, LA and currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, singer/producer/songwriter Christopher Lewis, their four children and puppy, Snuggles.

Vice President of Promotions
Jeff Hargrove Industry veteran established Blessed Boy Music in 2000, after serving as Vice President of promotions and marketing for Intersound Records and CGI Records. Hargrove was voted the nation's leading promotions representative by the GMWA's Gospel Announcers Guild in 1998 and has over 12 years experience. He has headed up the radio promotion's efforts for Gospel Greats such as Sound of Blackness, Rizen, Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr., Bishop Leonard Scott, Ricky Dillard and New G, Vickie Winans, Rance Allen Group, Youthful Praise, Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Christianaires, and many more. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Howard University and serves as Minister of Music at Christ the King Baptist Church in Dacula , GA.

Executive Assistant to the President
Shaamora Harden is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue, Kelley School of the Business (December 2004). She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with certification in Public Relations. In 2005 Shaamora began an internship in the marketing department with Tyscot Records. She later was hired by Taseis Media Group for marketing support and secondary radio promotions. Shaamora has been a member of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment since 2004.
